Throughout the year we get to enjoy our customers. The interactions, relationships and even friendships that we build through our retail store. We sell amazon returns, wholesale and damaged boxed goods, but we really sell customer service.
Initially, when Mike opened Retail Revolt, customer service was always number one. How do we make the store consumer friendly, deliver the best shopping experience, add value to their purchases and any other thought that had to do with the consumer in mind.
The 12.5 days of Christmas allowed us to extend the consumer mindset, including local businesses throughout Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. We can honestly say, the giveaways did not disappoint. We had happy local businesses and happy consumers throughout December, meeting new people and again, gaining new friendships.
We always want to offer the lowest price possible to our customers, but don’t want to lose that customer service satisfaction that has been worked so hard to achieve.
